The success of adopting a project management approach to all work aspects and acquiring and mastering project management skills is crucial in today’s professional environment. This course aims to introduce delegates to the principles of project management. The content is aligned with international standards and guidelines such as PMBoK and ISO 21500. After completing the course, each delegate should not only be familiar with the theoretical aspects of project management but also be able to apply the concepts to a project in their own environment. Learning Outcomes

After successful completion of the course, delegates will be able to grasp theoretical aspects of project management and apply these concepts to projects in their own work environments. 

 

Assessment

  • Individual Assignment 1: Project Charter (10% of the final mark);
  • During the course, delegates will write four multiple-choice quizzes (each counting 10%). The first quiz will be after Chapter 2, the second after Chapter 4, the third after Chapter 6, and the last after Chapter 9 (together, 40% of the final mark);
  • Individual Assignment 2: Project Plan (50% of the final mark).
  • To pass the course, delegates must achieve a final mark of at least 50%.
